As I write you this very instant, I am sitting at a table on the beach next to a little cabana bar, toes in the sand, looking out onto the majestic waters surrounding Bonaire in the ABC islands at sunset. Today has been the second sign-out day of the last nineteen and we have all been celebrating the peak Carnival here on the island this afternoon.
